Here’s what’s been keeping me busy for the past month (or has it been 2 months!?).

I’m planning this as a Christmas present for my Wife’s father. This character is actually a mascot for his Japanese restaurant, Sapporo, here in Portland, Maine. The sculpt happens to be my first sculpture ever, a hobby I’ve been slowly getting into for about a year now ... How do you slowly get into sculpting in a years time? Lotsa reading

For those interested, this was done in Super Sculpey. The original picture you see is one I hacked together from a digital photograph of the side of Yoshi’s work Truck.
